Islam sees optimism and pessimism in general and also in the specific sense of psychology, the natural consequence and definite consequence of beliefs and beliefs of individuals. On the other hand, those who turn away from God for any reason, will be frictional with the whole body of the universe. From the perspective of the Quran', believers consider imperfections, misfortunes, and bad events as part of the divine tradition of trial and testing, and therefore they are not at all frustrated with anxiety and pessimism, and they are faced with great rebellion. Faithful humans see positive points in hardships and regard them as God's special attention. In a sense, they are looking for charity in difficulty and difficulties, and they believe that these hardships will make them mature and, the tribulations are too short, and if God did not trust him, he would not hurt him. From the point of view of psychology and in particular Seligman's view, the search for the causes of events shapes human optimism and pessimism.
